Memorial services will be held on Tuesday, December 15, 2009 at 10:00 a.m. at Paramount Baptist Church, 3801 S Western, Amarillo, Tx.  Private burial will be at Memorial Park Cemetery.
Visitation will be held on Monday, December 14, 2009 from 5 – 6 p.m. at Schooler Funeral Home, Brentwood Chapel, 4100 S Georgia, Amarillo, Tx 79109.
Addie was born to Thomas P and Hattie May Ritchey on September 10, 1920 in Reno Texas.  She graduated from Azle High School, Azel, Tx. She retired from Southwestern Public Service Co and was a member of the Southwestern Public Service Retirees Association.  She enjoyed tending to her flower beds and lawn.  She also loved caring for and spoiling her German Shepherd “Sweet Pea.”  She was also a former volunteer for Randall County elections.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Sam Everitt; and 9 brothers.
She is survived by her son, Herbert D Everitt and wife, Susan; sister, Helen Robinson of Ft Worth; Grandson, Mark Everitt of Houston and numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, family requests memorials be made to Paramount Baptist Church, 3801 S Western, Amarillo, Tx 79109 or BSA Hospice, c/o Oliva Angels, P O Box 950, Amarillo, Tx 79105.
