Audrey Biggers, 91, of Amarillo, died Wednesday, December 9, 2015.
Graveside Service will be at 10:00 AM., Monday, December 14, 2015 at Llano Mausoleum with Rev. Jerry Davey officiating. Arrangements are by Schooler Funeral Home 4100 S. Georgia.
Audrey was born in Smackover, Arkansas on April 4, 1924 to Samuel and Eda Mae Jones. She was a member of Pleasant Valley Christian Church and a resident of Pleasant Valley for over 80 years. Audrey was loved and respected by multitudes, a lot of whom called her “Mom Biggers”.
She was preceded in death her parents; her husband Clifford in 2014; sisters, Dorothy Anthony and Barbara Lovelace.
The family will receive visitors at the funeral home from 4 PM until 5 PM. Today.
Audrey is survived by four daughters, Carol Biggers Mills and husband Philip, Sharon Biggers Ray, and husband Richard, Shirley Biggers Overstreet and Holly Biggers Cargo and husband Steve; a son Herbert Biggers and wife Laurie; seven grandchildren, Angela Krawietz, Jeff Mills, Greg Mills, David Gregory, Jeanette Canady, Stephanie Toler and Samantha Hamlin; thirteen great-grandchildren; and her beloved dog Smokey.
