Barbara Ann Hinderliter, 74, went to be with the Lord, August 6, 2011 in Amarillo, TX. Memorial Services will be at 1:00 PM Tuesday, August 9, 2011 in Valleyview Church of The Nazarene with Pastor Larry Dunlap officiating.
Barbara was born September 26, 1936 in Paducah, Tx. to Morgan and Derotha Bayne. She graduated from Paducah High School. Barbara married Norville Rose on September 19, 1954, together they had two children, Debra Ann Rose and Clayton Ray Rose. Following Norville’s death on May 16, 1968 she met and married Veston Hinderliter on December 17, 1973.
Having a heart for missions, Barbara and Veston were privileged to participate in four missions trips to Ecuador, Kosovo, Germany, and Beliz during their many years together. She enjoyed crocheting, bowling, crossword puzzles, camp outs, fishing, and Southern Gospel Music, but above all else the joy of her life here on earth was her husband and family.
She was preceded in death by her parents, two brothers, Mark and Narvel Bayne, Brother in-law, Bill Slaughter.
Barbara is survived by her husband Veston of Amarillo, Two sons, Kevin Hinderliter and wife Connie of Waynoka, OK and Clayton Rose and wife Julie of Amarillo, Tx, Two Daughters, Julie Glass and husband Bob of Waynoka, Ok. and Debbie McCall and husband Doug of Colorado Springs, Co, Eleven grandchildren and six great-grandchildren, One sister Evelyn Slaughter of Syracuse, UT, and one brother Preston Bayne of Wichita Falls, Tx, Two sister in-laws, Linda Bayne of Midland, Tx and Sharon Bayne of Lubbock, Tx.
