Bertha B. Davis died Saturday July 11, 2015 in Keller, Texas.
Graveside services will be held at 10:00 A.M., Friday, July 17, 2015 in Llano Cemetery. Arrangements are by Schooler Funeral Home, 4100 South Georgia.
Bertha grew up in Amarillo. She was a graduate of Amarillo High and became an x-ray technician working for doctors Patton and Carol at their Amarillo clinic. She was a docent at the Amarillo Art center and served at her church, Church at Quail Creek, formerly known as San Jacinto Baptist.
Bertha’s husband, Mark Davis Jr., was a land developer in commercial and residential real estate and founder of Mark Davis Carpet. Bertha was his life partner. They developed many areas in Amarillo, one being Tealwood Lakes, where they lived until after Mark’s death.
She was preceded in death by her husband and brother, Wesley Bromley and his wife, Sandra and a nephew, Bill Bromley.
She is survived by her daughter, LaDona Davis of Keller, TX, nephews and nieces, Mike Bromley, David Bromley, Ray Greer, Cheryl Greer and Debbie Ritter.

Visitation will be 6:00 to 7:00 P.M. Thursday, July 16, 2015 at Schooler Funeral Home.
