Betty Sue Daniels, 76, passed away Saturday, June 17, 2023, in Amarillo, Texas.
Graveside services will be at Memory Gardens, Amarillo, Texas Wednesday, June 21, 2023, at 10 AM.
She was born Betty Sue Harp, on March 5, 1947, in Springfield, Missouri, the daughter of the late William and Louetta (Moore) Harp. She was married to Girard Anthony (Chub) Daniels on March 14, 1973, who preceded her in death on December 17, 2006. She was also preceded in death by one sister, two brothers, and her late husband, James Sharpensteen (1968).
Betty was the bookkeeper for the family business D&M Performance for over 20 years. She enjoyed going to the races with her family and friends as well as going to Lake Powell to their houseboat.
She is survived by one sister, Nancy Durr of Republic Missouri. She’s also survived by her sons, Jim Sharpensteen, Ed Sharpensteen, Alan Sharpensteen, daughter Angela Rainey, and their spouses; 12 grandkids and 15 great-grandkids.
