Beverly Jean (Chief) Schleich left this world to reunite with her one true love Jerry and to celebrate eternal love on October 24, 2010. Beverly was a woman of great strength and a force to be reckoned with. Beverly was born in St. Louis Missouri on June 29, 1933.She owned many businesses, volunteered many hours to BSA Hospice, and Veteran’s Hospital. She was a Precinct judge and chairman of Randall County Republican party and last, but most rewarding, served on the Board of directors for the Texas Panhandle War Memorial.Beverly was a state bowling champion in 1958 in Missouri. She had a nomination to be a charter member of the Professional Women’s Bowling Association and had to decline. Beverly was a Cofounder of the Association for Retarded Citizens of the Texas Panhandle and was a Foster parent to over 30 children.Preceded in death by: Her Husband Jerry SchleichSurvived by: A daughter Linda Scalia and Husband Greg of Ft.
