Graveside service will be held at 10:00 a.m. Tuesday, August 10, 2010 at Llano Cemetery Garden Mausoleum with Msgr. Joseph Tash officiating.Arrangements are by Schooler Funeral Home, 4100 South Georgia.Billie was born in Jean, Texas on December 19, 1919 to Willie G and Mame Meaders.  She married Jack Haley on July 26, 1939 in Lawton, Ok.  She was a long time resident of Amarillo and a longtime member of Trinity United Methodist Church.She is preceded in death by her husband J.H. “Jack” Haley on May 11, 2000Survivors include loving family members: Larry and Jeanne Barton of Wichita Falls, Rick Meaders of Seymour, Vince and Lisa Britten of Amarillo, Michelle and Jeff Belcher and family of Holliday, Texas, Keith Flippin of Lubbock, Norma and Dillon Cross of Joplin, Missouri, Ray and Modena Huffman of Alvin, Texas and  Abby Kuxhausen of Amarillo, grandchildren, Andrea and Brandon Britten and many other family members and friends.In lieu of flowers, family suggests memorials be made to BSA Hospice c/o Olivias Angels, P.
