Billye Carmack Sessions, age 86 of Amarillo, died March 7, 2015 in Amarillo.
Funeral Services will be held on Tuesday, March 10th at 10:00 AM at Schooler Funeral Home, Brentwood Chapel. Dr. Randy Davis of Lifeway Baptist Church will officiate. Burial will be at Llano Cemetery. Arrangements are by Schooler Funeral Home, 4100 South Georgia.
Billye was born in Haskell, Texas on November 16, 1928 to Heber and Callie Glenn Carmack. At the age of 2 the family moved to Amarillo. She graduated from Amarillo High School in 1947. Billye was twenty eight years old when she gave her heart to the Lord. She was a faithful servant and loved her Lord. In 1993, Billye retired from the collections department of Southwestern Public Service.
The family will receive guest at the funeral home, Monday evening, March 9th from 6:00 PM until 7:00 PM.
She was preceded in death by her parents and by her two sisters, LaJuana Sue Britton and Charlesteen Turner.
She is survived by three nieces, Charlissa Stokes, Tanja Miller and Angela Wells and several great nieces and nephews.
