Bobbie J Clifford

A Funeral Service will be held on Friday, June 25, 2010 at First Baptist Church at 10:00 a.m.  Dr. Howard Batson will officiate. Arrangements are by Schooler Funeral Home, 4100 South Georgia.Bobbie Jo Clifford was born on June 22, 1930 in Broken Bow, Oklahoma. She was a graduate of Amarillo College School of Nursing and worked for St. Anthony’s Hospital for many years. Bobbie was awarded employee of the month during her career at St. Anthony’s for her outstanding performance as a surgical intensive care charge nurse. She was a member of First Baptist Church and part of the Barnabus S.S. class. She loved to travel, go fishing and was always helping people. Bobbie enjoyed camping and most of all singing. She was a wonderful friend, always willing to help, go out of her way for anyone and will be missed by many. She is preceded in death by her husband, both parents, one sister and two brothers.She is survived by one sister, Berna Ruth Ellis of Amarillo. In lieu of flowers the family suggests donations be made to First Baptist Church, Music Department, 1208 Tyler St. Amarillo, Texas 79106.
