Cathy was born in Amarillo on February 15, 1951 to Robert & Evelyn Bandy.
She is preceded in death by her father, Robert Bandy and a brother, Steve Bandy.
She is survived by her mother, Evelyn Bandy; two sisters, Pam Rodgers and Gail Wilson; a brother, Rick Bandy and nieces and nephews that loved her dearly.
