Cecil D. Tefertiller

Cecil Duane Tefertiller, 86, of Amarillo died July 25, 2018.

Memorial services will be held at 10:00 a.m., Tuesday, July 31, 2018 at First Presbyterian Church Chapel, 1100 S. Harrison St. Arrangements are by Schooler Funeral Home, Amarillo.

Cecil was born in Mullinville, Kansas on September 21, 1931. He was the third child of his parents, Cecil Byron Tefertiller and Helen Elizabeth Webber Tefertiller.

We honor his service to his country in the Army Aircorp during the Korean War era, as well as his deep lifelong commitment to his God, country, family, church and community.

We are blessed to know and love a man with many abilities and talents. His meekness and wisdom will follow him; his kindness will continue to move those lives whom he has touched.

He is now in peace rejoicing with our Savior and waiting for his loved ones to be reunited in Glory.

He was preceded in death by both parents; five of his eight siblings; and his first daughter, Karen Renee Tefertiller.

He leaves behind him a loyal, loving wife, Carolyn Harper Tefertiller, and two daughters, two grandsons, five granddaughters, three siblings and many loved ones and friends.
