Charlotte Hopkins

Mrs. Hopkins was born September 10, 1958, in Sacramento, CA to Jack and Betty Kelley.  She graduated from Wayland Baptist with a BS in Criminal Justice.  She loved the beach, outdoors, especially gardening.  She was an active member of Hollywood Road Community Church.  She worked as a paralegal at Underwood Law firm for 14 years.She was an amazing woman whose kind heart touched many people and she will be missed deeply by all her friends and family. She passed knowing there was a place prepared for her with God.The family expresses their appreciation to Underwood Law Firm, Cal Farley’s Boys Ranch and Hollywood Road Community Church, BSA Hospital’s staff and BSA Hospice for the incredible love and support for Charly.She was preceded in death by her parents and a sister, Linda.She is survived by her husband, Bob Hopkins of the home, a Sister, Blanche Trevino and husband, Ben of Las Vegas, NV, a Brother, Steven Kelley and wife, Carolyn of Tampa, FL and Nieces, Tania Escamilla, Jennifer Trevino, Sara Trevino, and Grand Nephews, Corey Escamilla, Daniel Escamilla, and a Grand Niece, Lilly Trevino.
