A private family graveside service will be held. Arrangements are by Schooler Funeral Home, 4100 South Georgia.Mr. Woodson was born November 24, 1918 in Danville, Arkansas to Dixie and Maude Woodson. He retired from Affiliated Foods in 1987.He is survived by his son, John Woodson of Amarillo, TX.In lieu of flowers the family suggest donations be made to your favorite charity.
