Claudia Gwyn

Claudia Gwyn, 66, of Amarillo passed away May 22, 2018.

Burial will be 2:00 p.m. Saturday, May 26, 2018 in Memorial Park Cemetery in Amarillo. Celebration of Life services will be held at 3:00 p.m., Saturday, May 26, 2018 at Schooler Funeral Home, Brentwood Chapel, 4100 S. Georgia St. Arrangements are by Schooler Funeral Home.

Claudia was born February 28, 1952 in Amarillo to Melvin and Dorothy Harber.  She married Stanley Gwyn on December 17, 1971 in Amarillo.  Together they owned and operated Gwyn Shade and Drapery for more than forty years. She loved spending time with her family and especially her grandkids.

She is preceded in death by her parents; one brother; and one sister.

Claudia is survived by her husband, Stanley; two daughters, Ginger and Chris of Frisco, and Cinnamon and Rick of Amarillo; one son, Brandon and Alanna of Amarillo; one sister; five brothers; thirteen grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorials be made to a favorite charity.
