Creta Elizabeth Stennett

Graveside services will be held at 4:00 P.M. on Saturday, December 12th, at Llano Cemetery Mausoleum Chapel. Rev. Sherman Eastman, Chaplain of Northwest Hospital, will officiate. Arrangements are by Schooler Funeral Home, 4100 South Georgia.
Mrs. Stennett was born January 10, 1925 in Canton, Texas, to John and Clara Tillery Townsend. Creta was devoted to her family and loved her neighbors and her church home at Grand Avenue Baptist Church.
She is preceded in death by her husband, George Stennett.
Survivors include four daughters, Lavon Mackey of Florence, KS, Sherry Palmer of Amarillo, TX, Debbie Coffman of Plainview, TX, and Jonnell Ethridge of Ralls, TX; one son, Bobby Stennett and wife, Cheryl of Amarillo, TX; a sister, Sue Mayo of Dickens, TX; and a brother, Benly Townsend of Mena, AR; thirteen grandchildren and twenty four great-grandchildren.
