A Memorial Service will be held on Thursday, June 10, 2010 at Trinity Fellowship West Sanctuary at 11:00 a.m. Pastor Larry Miles will officiate. Private Interment will be held at Memory Gardens Cemetery, Amarillo, TX. Arrangements are by Schooler Funeral Home, 4100 South Georgia.Darren was born on November 17, 1972 to Donald Gene Moore and Anne Russell Moore of Amarillo, Texas. He was a graduate of Amarillo High School in 1990 and was involved in marching band and technical theatre and attended Amarillo College. He was the CFO of the local D & S Pharmacies where he has worked for several years. Darren served as a previous Deputy of Randall County Sheriff’s office and owned Physicians Home Care of Amarillo. He was a member of AMBUCS and Trinity Fellowship, and presently attended Hillside Christian Church. He was a wonderful son and friend to his mother and grandmother. Darren was his father’s right hand man and best friend working side by side with him for many years. He was always ready to offer wisdom and counsel beyond his years to both parents. Darren was described as being the best son and grandson that anyone could ever ask for. He was loved by many and will be dearly missed.He is preceded in death by his wife Kristi Moore; grandfathers, Oliver Russell, C.H. Ratcliff, Clint Moore; and grandmother, Jewel Moore.He is survived by his mother Anne Moore; Father and step-mother Don and Ruth Moore; daughter Kaitlyn Moore; son Dalton Moore whose mother is Kendal Moore; Sisters Alison Moore and Amy Turner; Grandmother Beth Ratcliff; One aunt Carolyn Davis and husband Mike; and many other relatives and friends.In lieu of flowers the family suggests donations be made to AMBUCS of Amarillo at 618 Creekland Mesquite, Tx 75149, Faith City Ministries at 401 SE 2nd Ave. Amarillo, Tx 79101, City Church at 205 S.
