Delores “Dee” Wilson, age 70, of Washburn, died April 16, 2014.
Mrs. Wilson will lie in state all day Friday, April 18, at Schooler Armstrong Chapel, Claude, Texas.
Funeral Service will be at 10:00 a.m., Saturday, April 19, at First Baptist Church of Claude with Rev. Synott Matthews, officiating. Burial will be in Washburn Cemetery. Arrangements are by Schooler Funeral Home, 4100 South Georgia.
Dee was born on January 3, 1944 in Norman Oklahoma to Synott and Elsie Matthews.
She was preceded in death by her parents, two sisters Donna Lee and Willa Dean.
Survivors include her husband, Gary, of Washburn; three daughters Gloria Jones, Misty Brown and husband Tommy both of Amarillo, and Jaci Clark and husband Brian of Wellington, CO; three stepchildren Pam Wilde of Claude, Christyl Wilson of Grand Prairie, and Chad Wilson of Arlington; two brothers Synott Matthews of Mangum, OK, and Marvin Matthews of Amarillo; eleven grandchildren and fourteen great-grandchildren.
