Graveside services will be held Saturday, September 11, 2010 at Memory Gardens Cemetery with Jakki Brack officiating. Arrangements are by Schooler Funeral Home, 4100 South Georgia.BIOGRAPHY: Mrs. Lewis was born September 13, 1956 to Jerry and Elva Lewis in Austin, Texas. Dena graduated high school from Amarillo High in 1975. She attended nursing school at Amarillo College. Mrs. Lewis worked for Nurses by Prescription and was a licensed RN. She was a certified beautician and owned Silver Sheers Beauty Shop.Dena was preceded in death by her mother, Elva Lewis.SURVIVORS: Son – Nicolas “Nick” Cook of Amarillo, Three Sisters, Rhonda Stacey of Amarillo, Debbie Jansen of Austin, Tresa McDuffie of Arkansas.
