Dolores Ilene Klaus

A Rosary will be said at 7:00 PM Thursday, November 18, 2010 in Schooler Funeral Home Brentwood Chapel. A Funeral Mass will be held at 10:00 AM Friday, November 19, 2010 at St. Thomas The Apostle Catholic Church Chapel. Celebrant will be Monsignor Joseph Tash. Burial will be at Memory Gardens Cemetery.  Arrangements are by Schooler Funeral Home, 4100 South Georgia.Mrs. Klaus was born October 25, 1932 in Almena, KS to Orville and Maurice Foss.  She was a nurse at St. Anthony’s Hospital until retiring in 1995.  Dolores was a member of St. Thomas The Apostle Catholic Church.  She was a loving and dedicated Mother and Grandmother and will be greatly missed.Dolores is preceded in death by her Grandson, John Downey.She is survived by her Daughters, Dorothy Downey and Theresa Scaparra and husband Joe; a son, John Klaus; her grandchildren, Jamie Hunter and husband Eric, Jeff Scaparra, and Joni Scaparra, her great grandchildren, Callie, Creed, and Hana.
