Dolores Jean Wilson of Amarillo, age 69, went to her heavenly home December 8, 2011.
Graveside services will be at 1:00 PM Saturday, December 10, 2011 at Dreamland Cemetery in Canyon with Chris Condit of Hillside Christian Church officiating. Arrangements are by Schooler Funeral Home, 4100 S. Georgia St.
Jean was born August 1, 1942 in Abernathy Texas to Winston Wilson and Florence Berilla Fisher. She was raised in Friona, Texas and was a Graduate of West Texas State University. She was a teacher in the Hereford Independent School District.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
She is survived by one son; Phillip Bainum and wife Cara of Amarillo; one daughter Chari Thompson and husband Scott of Branson, MO.; nine grandchildren; one sister, Mary Henry and husband Lawrence of East Bernard, Texas; two brothers, James Wilson & wife Joann of Wylie Texas and Marvin Wilson & wife Gail of Amarillo and a host of nieces & nephews who will all miss her dearly.
