Don Case, 74, of Groom, died Tuesday, June 6, 2017.
Memorial Services will be at 10:00 a.m., Saturday, June 10, 2017 at First Baptist Church of Groom, with Danny Lucas as officiant. Inurnment will be in Groom Cemetery. Arrangements are by Schooler Funeral Home, 4100 S. Georgia.
Don was born March 17, 1943 in Whitesboro to J.L. and Wilma Case. He graduated from Groom High School. While attending Panhandle State University in Goodwell, OK, he met Karen Longshore and they were married in Claude on September 19, 1964.
They enjoyed fifty-two years of marriage in Groom. He was very proud of all his children and loved spending time with his family and friends.
He is preceded in death by his parents.
Don is survived by his wife, Karen; three daughters, Karla Neusch and husband John of Amarillo, Kristy Whitley and husband, Evan of Madill, OK, and Kay Dedrick and husband, Greg of Lillington, NC; one son, Tim Case and wife, Tammy of Groom; one sister, Judy Miller of Claude; twelve grandchildren, William Neusch, Ryan Neusch, Kara Harris and husband, Jeff, Andrew Neusch, David Neusch, Tyler Case, Tanner Case, Mikaela Whitley, Kylie Whitley and Kalynn Whitley, Kale Dedrick and Kacie Dedrick; and two great-grandchildren, Cadence Harris and Rayna Harris.
