Duke Lee Boling, 58, formerly of Amarillo, died on Nov. 28, 2014 in Wichita Falls, Texas
Memorial services will be Saturday, December 6, 2014 at 1pm in the Llano Mausoleum Chapel, Llano Cemetery with Mr. Sherman Eastland, Chaplain of Gentiva Hospice officiating. Arrangements are by Schooler Funeral Home of Amarillo, 4100 S Georgia, Amarillo.
Duke was born in Amarillo on December 30, 1955 unto Jack Donovan and Elizabeth Anne Smith Boling.
Duke was a graduate of Amarillo High School and Clarendon Junior College. He lived in Dallas many years before relocating to Wichita Falls a few years ago. He was a retired manager from Bank of America.
He was preceded in death by his parents, his grandmother Tronnie Duke Smith, a half sister Suzanne Hamilton Bailey and a nephew Ricky Provence.
He is survived by his life partner Doug Platt of Wichita Falls, a niece Renay Provence and a nephew Bryan Bailey of Amarillo, several great and great great nieces and nephews Bobby, Tammy, Paige, Bailey, Cristin, Colby, Cassie and Chance Provence all of Amarillo, special friends, Scott Edwards and Jason Joe of Amarillo, Harold Watson of Oklahoma City and Donna Hood of Wichita Falls.
