Eric Marcus Varner

Eric Marcus Varner, 41, of Amarillo died January 3, 2021.

Memorial service will be at 3:00 p.m., Sunday, January 10, 2021 at Crossroads Church, 1924 S. Polk. Arrangements are by Schooler Funeral Home.

Eric was born August 25, 1979 in Hereford, TX to Marcy Shephard and Dean Varner. He graduated from Caprock High School and attended Amarillo College. Eric loved listening to music, going fishing, being with family and friends, making jewelry, and creating staff’s.

He was a big goofball who loved making people smile. Eric loved being at home around his children and grandchildren. He enjoyed BBQ and campfires. Eric’s favorite spot was his front porch, sitting on the bench talking with friends and family for hours.

He is proceed in death by his mother, Marcy Varner; and brother, Mark Drumm.

Eric is survived by his wife, Holly Fogerson; father, Dean Varner; daughters, Kaidryn Varner and Tiffany Fogerson; son, Craig Talamantez; brother, Michael Drumm; 9 grandchildren, Coraline, Brooklyn, Baylee, Jake, Julian, Clark, Leilany, CJ and Landon; and many more loved ones.
