Ewing Winford Johnson

Mr. Johnson was born December 21, 1910 in Dickens County, Texas to Will W. and Nora Wynona Johnson. He worked as a barber for many years before becoming an independent recording agent. He met Wilma Walters and they married in 1933 in Clovis, NM. He served as a deacon at Second Baptist Church for many, many years. He enjoyed working with wood out in his shop. He was a long-time member of Second Baptist Church.
He was preceded in death by his wife Wilma; two daughters, Elaine Montgomery and Connie Armstrong; eight brothers and sisters.
He is survived by one son, David W Johnson and his wife Barbara of Whitney, TX, eight grandchildren, and many many great and great-great grandchildren.
