Frances Lerline Fewell

December 22, 1928 — February 14, 2009

Mrs. Fewell was born Dec. 22, 1928, in Upsher County to Hughey E. and Nora F. Nation. She was the most loving wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and friend.
She spent most of her life taking care of her home and family. She worked until her retirement for Sears Drapery Shop in Amarillo.
Mrs. Fewell was a longtime member of San Jacinto Church of Christ. She enjoyed traveling and interacting with her family.
Mrs. Fewell married William Harlie Fewell, the love of her life, on April 27, 1946. They had been married for 61 years.
She was preceded in death by her loving Harlie; two infant sons; her parents; six brothers; and four sisters.
Survivors include two sons, Walter Fewell and wife Carol of Amarillo and Glen Fewell and wife Cheryl of Nashville; two daughters, Pam Conley and husband Steve and Debbie Long and husband Robert, all of Amarillo; seven grandsons, James, Andrew, Jonathan, Chris Conley, Cody, Chris Fewell and Jason; seven granddaughters, Jennifer, Randi, Lori, Tawney, Debbie, Traci and Kimberly; three great-grandsons, Conner, Isaiah and Cooper; a sister, Myrtie Dee Johnson of Longview; and many nieces, nephews and friends.
