Frank W. Keplar, 76, of San Antonio died October 9, 2014.
Graveside service will be 11:00 AM, Monday, October 13, 2014 in Memory Gardens Cemetery with Lyndon Latham officiating. Arrangements are by Schooler Funeral Home, 4100 South Georgia.
Frank was born February 28, 1938 in Columbus, OH to William and Annetta Keplar. He married Mary in 1984. He was a truck driver for most of his life, driving for Walmart for fifteen years. When he retired he worked for Sam’s Club for four years.
Prior to becoming a member of Quail Creek Baptist Church, he was baptized at San Jacinto Baptist Church. Frank loved to garden and raise roses.
He was preceded in death by his parents; two sons, Gary and Jay Keplar; one sister, Diana Gay; and one brother, Dave Keplar.
Frank is survived by his wife, Mary, of San Antonio; one daughter, Annetta Swart and husband, David; two sons, Stephen Keplar and Frank D. Keplar and wife Melanie; and four grandchildren, Steven and Terri Swart, and Heather and Amber Keplar.
The family will receive friends from 3:00-4:00 pm Sunday at the funeral home.
