Garland loved his artwork, music and beer. He was great at cooking, and smoking meat and truly enjoyed traveling and being outdoors. He played the guitar and the piano. He was very giving, and had a generous heart, Christmas was his favorite holiday. He will be missed deeply by all.Survivors include one daughter, Tami Ralston; two sons, Shane Bethel, and Jason Bethel; two sisters, Phyllis Thornton, and Janey Kennedy; his true love Tasunka; four grandchildren Jordan Bethel, Ethan Bethel, Hanna Bethel, and Alexander Ralston.Family suggest memorials be made to Red Scaffold Sacred Heart Church, “Attn William Collins” HCR 71 P.O.
