Gary Lynn Bellinghausen

Gary Lynn Bellinghausen, age 61 of Amarillo died on April 4, 2023 in Amarillo.

A private graveside inurnment service will be held at Llano Cemetery at a later date. Rev. Hector Madrigal of St. Joseph Catholic Church will officiate.

Gary was born on September 19, 1961, in Amarillo, Texas, to his parents, Alvin and Dolores Kalka Bellinghausen.  He graduated from Amarillo High School in 1977.   He worked as an Amarillo Independent School District custodian for many years.

He was preceded in death by a brother Ed Bellinghausen in 1989 and his mother, Dolores, on March 23, 2015.

Gary is survived by his father, Alvin Bellinghausen; by his sisters, Janet Thiemermann of Austin and Elise Sladek of Ft. Worth; by his brothers, Alan Bellinghausen and his wife Jeannine, Brian Bellinghausen and his wife Liz, Bruce Bellinghausen and his wife Tricia, and Steven Bellinghausen all of Amarillo.
