Gary Lee O'Neal

Gary Lee O'Neal, age 78 of Amarillo, entered the gates of Heaven on October 7, 2022

Public viewing will be Thursday, October 13, 2022 from 9:00 AM until 8:00 PM at Schooler Funeral Home, 4100 South Georgia.

A graveside service will be held on Friday, October 14, 2022 at 11:00 AM at Llano Cemetery in Amarillo.

Gary was born on March 6, 1944 in Clovis, New Mexico to his parents, L.D. and Pauline Louise O'Neal. Shortly after high school he was drafted into the US Army and did his basic in Fort Polk, Louisiana. Gary was a quiet man who enjoyed boating, fishing, camping and sharing time with his close friends.  He worked a professional photographer.

Gary was preceded in death by his parents and by his wife Daisey.

He is survived by his brother Thomas O'Neal of Midland, Texas and his close friend Roy Muller of Amarillo.
