Gino Justin Venske, 22, of Amarillo died Friday, April 5, 2013.
Funeral Services will be 10:00 AM, Thursday, April 11, 2013 in Hillside Christian Church Amarillo South Campus, 6901 Bell, with Pastor Craig Albracht officiating. Interment will be in Memory Gardens Cemetery. Arrangements are by Schooler Funeral Home, 4100 S. Georgia.
Gino was born October 3, 1990 to James and Monica Venske. He was employed by J & L Backhoe Service and he considered them his second family.
Some of Gino’s favorite times were spending time with his family and his dog. He loved barbecue, outdoors, football, drag racing, dancing, and listening to music. Gino was looking forward to becoming a father on mother’s day. He was a loving son, brother, grandson, and friend and will be dearly missed by all who knew him.
Gino is survived by his wife, Patricia Venske; his parents, James and Monica Venske; a sister, Joanie Venske; his grandparents, Ann Eason and Joan Krickemeyer; great-grandparents, Donna Day and Jim and Betty Sullivan; aunts and uncles, Donny Krickemeyer, Sue Parker, Nolan Venske, and Debbie Venske; and many other family members who loved him very much.
The family will receive friends from 6:00 PM – 7:00 PM Wednesday, April 10 at the funeral home.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests contributions be made to The Benefit Account of Patricia Rea c/o Amarillo National Bank, PO Box 1, Amarillo, TX 79105 in support of their unborn child.
