Grace Edna Morgan
March 7, 1919 — June 23, 2009
Mrs. Morgan was born in Dalhart, Texas and has been in the Amarillo area since 1965. She married Merrill Marvin Morgan in Oregon on September 17, 1941. She was a homemaker and seamstress and was a member of the Nazarene Church. She served with her husband pastoring churches in Oklahoma. Grace loved to cook and entertain their many friends and family. She will be missed greatly by all those who loved her mischievousness and ready laughter.
She was preceded in death by her husband.
Survivors include her daughter: Pat Bowlin and her husband Joe of Amarillo and her son Delbert Morgan all of Keller, TX. 5 Grandchildren: Lori Filler, Lana Boughman, Chris McDonald, Jennifer Kilburn, Bonnie Pennington, and 12 Great-Grandchildren.
The family requests memorials in lieu of flowers to Craig Methodist Retirement Community, 5500 W. Ninth, Amarillo, TX 79106.
