Inetta “Josie” Hyatt, 87, died Saturday, April 20, 2013.

Graveside Service will be 2:00 p.m., Wednesday, April 24, 2013 in Wheeler Cemetery,
Wheeler, Texas with Rev. Robby Barrett of First Baptist Church officiating. Arrangements are by Schooler Funeral Home 4100 S. Georgia St.

Inetta “Josie” Hyatt was born on October 1, 1925 in Wheeler.  She worked for BSA, as a medical records technologist coder.  She was a great mother and homemaker.  Her grandchildren knew her as “Me-Me” and she delighted in them.

She was preceded in death by sisters, Opal Maxwell, Lola Shira, and Norma Lou George; brothers, Elmer Maxwell and Olen Maxwell.

The family would like to thank the many caregivers that touched her life.

Survivors include a daughter, Maribeth Reed of Amarillo; a son J. Michael Hyatt and Greta Kjolhede of Santa Fe, NM; a brother, Furman Maxwell and wife Neva of Borger; a sister-in-law, Mary Ann Maxwell; four grandchildren, Melissa Reed, Todd Hyatt, Jon Maxwell Hyatt, and Allyson Colombo and husband Dan; and two great-grandchildren, Taylor Allyssa Bentley and John Asher Colombo

The family suggests memorials be made to the High Plains Dialysis Center, 5920 Amarillo Blvd, Amarillo, TX 79106.
