J Thomas Shirley, 25, of Amarillo, passed away December 4, 2014 in Amarillo.
Memorial Service will be at 1:00 p.m., on Monday, December 8, 2014 at Family Worship Center with Pastor Ronnie Woodward officiating. Arrangements are by Schooler Funeral Home, 4100 S Georgia, Amarillo, TX.
J Thomas Shirley was born May 21, 1989 to Steven and Nora Shirley.
He is survived by his parents, a brother Robert M. Horne of Lubbock, a sister Megan H. Chioccola and husband Richard Jr., a nephew Adam Chioccola all of Connecticut; grandfather W. Richard Bay of Amarillo; Aunt Mary Nell Hunt and husband Kraig; cousins Melissa and Matthew Hunt all of Amarillo; three uncles, David Bay of Amarillo, Chris Bay and wife Cindy and cousin Michael, and Casey Bay all of Lillian, AL; aunt Donna Britt and husband Ronnie of Lake Jackson, cousin Jason Giles of Austin
