James loved his grandkids, and kids. He was a cowboy and cowboyed all of his life. He had worked for the Pitch-forks Ranch, the Johnson Ranch and several others, before going to work at Amarillo Livestock Auction. He retired from Amarillo Livestock Auction in 1976 and McCarty-Hull in 1995. He was a member of Lamount Drive Baptist Church. Preceded in death by his sons Walter “Butch” Morris, Gary Fuller;parents, John Grant Chambers and Eunice Lou Matthews-Chambers.Survivors include his wife,of 29 years Billye Faye Lawson-Fuller; daughters, Dorothy Graves and husband Johnny of Amarillo, Zela Young and husband, Manuel of Sunray, Delma Collingsworth and husband Mike of Hawley; son, Kenneth Fuller of Amarillo; daughter-in-law Susan Fuller-Hooker and husband Mark of Amarillo; sisters, Dorothy Thomas and husband Adrian of Laguna Woods, California, Ruby Adcock and husband Cecil of Baltimore, MD, 15 grandchildren; and 25 great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
