Janesse Lindsey, 65, of Amarillo, died February 1, 2020. She was born in Dumas, Texas, October 7, 1954, the youngest daughter of Charles and Blanche Lindsey.
Visitation will be 6-7:30 p.m., Tuesday, February 4, 2020 at Schooler Funeral Home. Graveside services will be 1:00 p.m., Wednesday, February 5, 2020 in Dumas Cemetery, Dumas Texas. Arrangements by Schooler Funeral Home, 4100 S. Georgia St, Amarillo, Texas, 79110.
Janesse was gifted with a kind and loving soul. Through the years was active in Opportunities of Special Needs persons. She loved her family, friends, dogs, babies, church, coca-colas, Special Olympics and sheltered workshops.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Blanche Lindsey; father, CD Lindsey; brother, Charles Earl Lindsey and great nephew, Jason Williams.
Janesse is survived by her sister, Sharon Williams: nephews, Kelly Williams, Kevin Williams, Donovan Charles Lindsey; niece Dusti Lindsey Soots and many great and great-great nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests any donations be to Special Needs Services of your choice.
