Jewell B. “Judy” Howard, 83, of Amarillo died October 14, 2013.
Funeral Services will be held at 2:00 PM, Friday, October 18, 2013 in Schooler Funeral Home Brentwood Chapel with Bruce Howard officiating. Interment will be in Llano Cemetery. Arrangements are by Schooler Funeral Home, 4100 South Georgia.
Judy was born September 20, 1930 in Paul’s Valley, OK to W.A. and Alma Cook. She grew up in Tulia and later moved to Amarillo in 1951. Mrs. Howard worked for Plains Creamery, and for the last 30 years of her working career she worked for Associated Milk Producers. She never met a stranger. Judy was a beloved mother, grandma, great-grandma, and great-great grandma.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Billy D. Howard, and sister Louise Edwards.
She is survived by her son, Lacey Hunt and wife Diane; two daughters, Cynthia Rexroat and husband Richard, and Becky Burnam; six grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren; and three great-great grandchildren.
The family will receive friends from 6:00 -7:00PM at the funeral home, Thursday, October 17, 2013.
