Joan Moree, 61, of Amarillo died December 12, 2013.
Memorial Service will be held at 2:00 PM, Monday, December 16, 2013 in Schooler Funeral Home Brentwood Chapel with Mr. Glen Walton of Bell Avenue Church of Christ officiating. Arrangements are by Schooler Funeral Home, 4100 South Georgia.
Joan was born February 12, 1952 in Amarillo to Lynette Brown. She was the middle child and was always there for her family and those who needed her. Joan worked for ASARCO for 30 years. She was a loving sister, aunt, and partner and will be dearly missed.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Lynette Brown, her sister, Carolyn Brown, and her nephew, Chad Campbell.
Survivors include her sisters, Lynne Dombrosky and husband Joe of Clearwater, FL, Marylyn Weaver, Becky Lavender, and Susie Brown all of Amarillo, her brother, Angus Brown and wife Janet of Rosharon, TX her adopted grand-daughter, Adriyana, and numerous nieces and nephews.
