Joely Myrlene Sullivan, an Angel got her wings Monday, December 3, 2018.

A visitation will be held from 1-2:00 p.m., Friday, December 7, 2018 at Schooler Funeral Home Brentwood Chapel, 4100 S. Georgia St. Memorial services will follow at 2:00 p.m., at the funeral home. Arrangements are by Schooler Funeral Home.

Joely was the youngest daughter of Delores “Dee” and Myrle Davis. She was born October 27, 1970 in Amarillo, TX. She graduated from Sanford Fritch High School in 1989. One of her proudest moments was being chosen as Miss Sanford Fritch High School. After high school, Joely followed her passion and became a Licensed Barber. She so enjoyed making people happy with a good haircut.

Without a doubt, her proudest accomplishment in life was giving birth to three beautiful children, Daxton, Quinton and Hannah. They were the sunshine in her world.

She married Rusty Sullivan and moved to Louisiana starting a new chapter in her life. However, she never let Texas out of her heart and even in Hostile territory, remained an avid Dallas Cowboys fan.

She is preceded in death by her mother, Dee Davis; and sisters, Lisa Davis and Christi Callen.

Left to cherish her memory include her father, Myrle Davis; devoted husband, Rusty Sullivan; sons, Daxton and Quinton Stokes; and the butterfly in her garden, daughter Hannah Stokes; stepdaughter, Miranda Saunders; special niece, Ashley Callen; special nephew, Ryne Callen and wife, Mollie; treasured niece, Chelsey Hess; nephew, Chris Stiffler; cherished brother in law, David Callen; two wonderful gifts, grandchildren Lainey and Penelope Stokes; beloved sister in law, Robin Murphy and husband Des and their sons, Sean, Connor and Brendan; a very special aunt, Shirley Sullivan; and father in law and mother in law, Harold and Barbara Sullivan who she loved dearly.
