Judy was born December 23, 1940 in Amarillo to Willie and Marie Hand. She graduated from Tascosa in 1959. She married Bobby Shelton in 1961 and moved to Arizona in 1965. She worked for Motorola and Honeywell for a number of years. She moved back to Amarillo in 2007. She enjoyed watching football, being outdoors and spending time with her grandchildren. She loved her dog “Itty Bitty”. She enjoyed making others laugh and had a great sense of humor.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Marie Pickard.
She is survived by her husband, Bobby of Arlington; two daughters, Stacy Dombrowski of Phoenix, AZ and Angie Ostergren of Glendale, AZ; two sons, Robert Harold Shelton, Jr. of Phoenix, AZ and Russell Dean Shelton of Florence, AZ; one sister, Patsy Fuller and husband Jack of Amarillo; one brother, Johnny Sanders of Pampa; her father, Willie L. Hand and wife Etta of Amarillo; seven grandchildren, Daniel, Ashley, Matthew, Jacob, Sarah, Blaise and Darby, and one niece, Kim Shuey of Lubbock.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Marie Pickard.
