Private family Services were held at St. Thomas the Apostle Catholic Church on Saturday, May 4th. Celebrant was Msgr. Joseph Tash. Arrangements are by Schooler Funeral Home, 4100 South Georgia.
Kelsey was born in Atlanta, Georgia on September 28, 1990. She graduated from Monarch High School in Coconut Creek, Florida and moved to Amarillo in August 2010.
Kelsey is survived by her mother, Randi Tortoreo of Seattle, WA; her parents Tom and Kathy Tortoreo of Amarillo; a sister, Cassandra of Amarillo; a brother, Marcell o also of Amarillo; grandparents Glen and Diane Holdgrafer of Amarillo and grandmother Rosanne Towle of Palmyra, Maine.
