Keneé Al Lynn Nikole Griffing

December 24, 1994 — May 22, 2019

Kenee Al Lynn Nikole Griffing, 24, of Amarillo reached for Jesus’ hands joining Heavens Paradise on May 22, 2019. Her life was stolen by the hands of a heartless soul.

Memorial service will be at 1:00 p.m., Saturday, June 29, 2019 at Schooler Funeral Home Brentwood Chapel, 4100 S. Georgia St. Arrangements are by Schooler Funeral Home.

Kenee was born to her mother, Melanie on December 24, 1994 in Amarillo, Texas. At 6 months old, Donald Bramblet, the Daddy she truly ever knew came into her life and never left. She was a Daddy’s girl. She was blessed with 4 siblings, Keely, Dylan, Karlee and Kortney. Heartbreakingly, at the age of 3, Kenee lost her best friend and sister, Keely Bramblet.

Kenee met the love of her life, Dalton Knott in 2009 and in 2011, they became parents to Malloreigh. She attended Lamar Elementary, Fannin Middle School, Caprock High School, Richard Milburn Academy, and graduated from McHill High School in 2012. During that time, she got her first job at Waffle House and worked until March 2019. Her Daddy would always say, “Kenee you are going to be an old lady still working for Waffle House, you will retire there”. She would laugh and say “I just might”. Kenee truly loved her customers and those she worked with. We pray that they knew how much she cared about them.

She attended Amarillo College in 2013 and had many hopes and dreams of one day to earn her Nursing Degree. She often talked to her Daddy about getting her Apprenticeship Plumbing License to work beside him and her brother. She wanted to learn the trade and one day earn her Masters.

She loved hanging out and spending time with her daughter, mother, and sister having girls time. She loved family events, eating (mashed potatoes and French fries) vacations and watching NBA Basketball, Golden Girls and Westerns.

Kenee has the brightest smile that would light up the room; her heart was full of love. Her family and friends all agreed. She loved Jesus Christ our Savior and she always kept him close to her heart no matter the circumstance.

The thought of us never being able to hear her voice say “I love you Mom/Dad”, her huge hugs, her kisses on our cheeks..our lives will never be the same without our girl.

She is preceded in Heaven by Jesus Christ our Savior; sister, Keely Bramblet; the love of her life, Dalton Knott; aunt and uncle, Joyce and Mike Griffing; grandparents, Alfred Griffing, Karan Jones, and Ramona Griffing; and great-grandparents, Don Bramblet, Emma Bramblet, Charles White, and Viola White.

Kenee is survived by her loving parents, Donald and Melanie Bramblet; the light of her eyes, daughter Malloreigh Knott; siblings, Dylan and Karlee Bramblett and Kortney Foster and husband Justin; niece and nephew, Malissa and Michael; grandparents, Carl Campsey and Don Bramblet and wife, Vickie; inlaws, Kenneth Knott and wife, Toni, and Mark Bland and wife, Shelli; and numerous special friends.

The family would like to thank everyone for their thoughts and prayers.
