Laurine Walker Pike, 92, of Amarillo died June 14, 2013.
Graveside services will be at 2:00 p.m., Tuesday, June 18, in Llano Cemetery with Chaplain Sherman Eastland officiating. Arrangements are by Schooler Funeral Home, 4100 S. Georgia.
Laurine was born July 22, 1920 in Johnson County, Oklahoma, to Harvey and Della Snodgrass Milligan. She married the love of her life, Raymond C. Pike, in 1976. Mrs. Pike was employed by Southwestern Bell Telephone, retiring June 12, 1978. She was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother and will be dearly missed.
She was preceded in death by her husband; four brothers; three sisters; and one grandchild.
Survivors include two daughters, Jerldine Kite and Carol Ann Birchfield Moore, both of Amarillo; a son, Delmer “Roy” Hall, also of Amarillo; eleven grandchildren; and numerous great and great-great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorials to Odyssey Hospice, 6900 I-40 West, Suite 150, Amarillo, TX 79106.
