Leta Lackey

Leta was born October 8, 1925 in Kingman County, Kansas to Frank and Hattie Cain. She retired from the Texas State Center for Mental Health and Retardation after many years. She had been a medical transcriptionist. After retirement, she worked for Wal-Mart for over fourteen years, making many friends and passing smiles along every day.
She is preceded in death by her brothers Glen, Frank, Bob and Ivan.
She is survived by two daughters, Jeanne Marshall and husband John of Platt City, MO, Hollis Myers and husband Larry of Pratt, KS; two sons, Charles Lackey and wife Virginia of Amarillo and Don Lackey of Guymon, OK; one sister-in-law Alice Cain of Pratt, KS; ten grandchildren and ten great-grandchildren.
