Lettie Jo Wilkerson

Lettie Jo Wilkerson, 96, of Amarillo passed away October 11, 2018.

Funeral service will be held 2:00 p.m. Monday, October 15,2018 at Schooler Funeral Home, Brentwood Chapel with graveside following. Arrangements are by Schooler Funeral Home.

Lettie Jo was born August 14, 1922 in Clarendon, Texas to Henry Jackson Wardlaw and Mary Ann Elizabeth Guthrie.  She was a longtime member of Lake Tanglewood Community Church.  She was active in church and school activities. She enjoyed arts and crafts and playing golf, she was also involved in service activies. Her joy in life came from being a wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother.

She is preceded in death by her father, mother, husband, Clyfton Wilkerson and daughter, Sherry Cowan.

Lettie Jo is survived by her daughters, Becky W. McNeil and Carol D. Webb and husband K. Michael; her son, Mike J. Wilkerson and wife Marlyce; seven grandchildren and nineteen great-grandchildren.
