No services are scheduled. Arrangements are by Schooler Funeral Home, 4100 South Georgia.Bio: Lloyd John Walker was born in Syracuse Kansas to Wesley Ray and Gladys Misner Walker on January 7, 1919. He moved to Amarillo at a young age. He graduated from Amarillo High in 1938. Lloyd served in the U.S. Navy and was stationed on the USS Sterling as a SOM third class. He was honorably discharged on December 23rd, 1944. He was a registered massage therapist serving the Amarillo area for over forty years. His greatest joy in life was helping others and raising his grandchildren Jimmy and Brenda. He was a member of First Christian Church of Amarillo. He is preceded in death by his parents, a brother Raymond Delois Walker and Loraine Siner, the mother of his children. He is survived by his wife Cloe Michelini Walker of the home, daughter, Nancy Jean Byrd of Richardson Texas; sister Neva Ward and husband Benny of Amarillo, Texas; two grandchildren Jimmy Byrd of Amarillo, and Brenda Jean McCoy and husband Michael of Richardson Texas; two great grandsons, Ethan Riley McCoy and Robert Isaac McCoy of Richardson Texas and five stepchildren.The family would like to extend their heartfelt thanks to the staff of Heritage Convalescent Center for the love and care shown to Lloyd.In lieu of flowers the family suggests donations be made to First Christian Church Amarillo
