Lorraine Moore

Lorraine passed away at home after having been surrounded with love from family. She left Earth side to join her husband Raymond, her parents William and Freida, and her siblings Bill, Lois, Eddie, and an infant brother on November 9, 2020.

Lorraine was born in Chicago, Illinois on March 21, 1930 to William Mueller and Freida Mauthee Mueller. She was the youngest of five children. Lorraine met her late husband, Raymond Moore at the USO in Chicago. They married in Las Vegas, Nevada on January 24, 1959. They had two daughters and she served alongside her husband as a military wife. Lorraine also worked in school cafeterias as her daughters were growing up and volunteered for many years at North Valley Hospital in Denver, CO and NWTH Auxiliary in Amarillo. Lorraine enjoyed bowling and knitting in her younger years and was an avid lifetime reader.

Lorraine is survived by her two daughters Michele “Mickey” (Mark) Butler and Roxane Moore, two grandchildren Kelli Butler and Colton (Charee) Butler, and two great grandchildren Jude and Emma Butler. Lorraine also leaves behind many cousins, nieces and nephews.
