Lorraine Rodgers age 74 of Amarillo died Wednesday August 10, 2011.
Funeral services will be held 10:00 A.M. Monday August 15, 2011 in Highland Christian Church with Rev. Terry Griffith officiating. Burial will be in Memory Gardens Cemetery. Arrangements are by Schooler Funeral Home, 4100 S. Georgia St.
Lorraine was born in Wexford County, Michigan to Clifford and Gladys Skinner on October 9, 1936. She graduated high school in Mason, Michigan. She married Carl Rodgers in Las Vegas, New Mexico on April 18, 1964.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Carl Rodgers on June 23, 2005.
Survivors include her daughter, Wendy White and husband, Fred of Amarillo; two sons, James Coghill and wife, Sami, Bob Rodgers and wife, Linda all of Amarillo; her sister Ruth Burlew of Florida; her brother, Charles Skinner of Michigan; seven grandchildren, Michele, Clint, Chris, Christina, Clifford, Whitney, and Jason; seven great-grandchildren, Hailey, Kristen, Christian, Logan, Sierra, Katelynn, and Elisha.
