Marcy Varner

Marcy Varner, 67, of Amarillo passed from this life into eternal life on December 24, 2019.

Funeral service will be at 2:00 p.m., Monday, December 30, 2019 at Schooler Funeral Home Brentwood Chapel, 4100 S. Georgia St. Burial will follow in Memory Gardens Cemetery. Arrangements are by Schooler Funeral Home.

Marcy was born August 31, 1952 in Memphis, TX to Shep Shephard and Mozelle Journeay. She was a devoted wife, mother and grandmother. She enjoyed her work as a Recovery Counselor. Marcy loved reading, listening to music and spending time with her family and friends. Her family would always feel her smile and her heart.

She is preceded in death by her parents; Shep and Mozelle; and son, Mark Drumm.

Marcy is survived by her husband, Dean Varner; children, Michael Drumm and Eric Varner; grandchildren, Brandon Drumm, Naomi Drumm, Kayla Drumm, Dakota Drumm and Kaidryn Varner; and sisters, Nita Chandler and Tracy Butler.

She will be missed by all who knew her.
