Marge Snyder, 94, of Amarillo, died Monday, May 14, 2012. Viewing will be from 11:00AM until 8:00 PM at the funeral home. No services are planned. Interment will be in Champaign, IL with her son and husband. Arrangements are by Schooler Funeral Home, 4100 South Georgia.
Marge was born May 24, 1917 to Herman and Martha Willer in LaCrosse, WI. Marge served in the Army Air Corps and was very active in the local VFW post, decorating for various occasions and organizing charitable projects.
Survivors include her sister Doris Ebner of LaCrosse, WI, and her dear friend, Chantal Benjamin.
The family suggests memorials be made to VFW Post 1475, 1401 SW 8th Avenue, Amarillo, TX 79101.
