Mr. Scott was born August 10, 1958, in Dumas, Texas, to Eddie Wayne Scott and Gay Nell Randolph. He graduated from Dumas High School in 1976. Mark was a loving son and father and an avid motorcycle rider, loved to work on cars, and enjoyed fishing and camping.
He was preceded in death by his brother, Eddie Scott, Jr. in 1972 and by his father, Eddie Wayne Scott in 1989.
He is survived by his mother, Gay Nell Randolph and her husband, Wayne; two daughters, Sarah Nicole Rutledge and husband, Jason, of Winston Salem, NC; and Masharrie Scott of Greensboro, NC: a sister, Shannon Evans and one brother, Gary Randolph, both of McKinney, Texas.
